M5 Systems Privacy Policy
The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling
your request for additional information or fulfillment regarding a given
promotion, product, product registration, purchase, or services. If you
requested future mailings on a given product or service, or if you requested
future mailings on other products or services then your information will
also be used to fulfill that request as well. If you have chosen to
participate in future mailings for materials, whether or not, related to the
original product or service, then you may opt out at any time by contacting.
If you have provided the necessary information to reach you via email, but
opted out of any future mailings, you may still receive extremely limited

your contract or product license agreement.
M5 Systems does not share or sell your information to third parties.
If any errors or omissions are found, or if you need to make a change to your
previously provided information, please contact with your updated information
so that we may update our records.
Our web servers log only the standard anonymous log entries (e.g. IP address,
time, page requested, etc.) collected by all web servers. This information
can not be used to specifically identify anyone without a court order, so
your anonymity is protected during legitimate use of our servers. M5 Systems
does use cookies on its websites to facilitate your online experience and some
areas of our website may even require cookies to function. However,
M5 Systems does not attach your personal identity information (in the event
you should explicitly provide such information) to the cookie. M5 Systems
only makes available the aggregate statistics with regard to how its visitors
utilize its site (e.g. number of times a page has been visited, average time
between page requests, countries which have visited the site, etc.) and does
not share any specific log file information with third parties except in cases
where it is required to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. subpoena, legal
action against a "hostile" attacker, online harassment, etc.) or defend our
networks, equipment or customers from unreasonable use, denials of service,
or unlawful or unethical practices (e.g. crackers, hackers, SYN-floods, etc.).
